There are only a few bottles left of the 06 vintage kicking around the office, and they’ll surely be nabbed by folks around here.  So without further adieu, I’d like to introduce our 2007 Merlot!

The 07 vintage comes from our Miller vineyard in the Clarksburg Appellation, an area dominated by cold evenings and breezy afternoons.  Like the 2006, this new release is a full structured wine with berry fruit flavors and just enough oak aging to complement the wine, not dominate it.  We’re winegrape growers, not oak tree farmers!

Also, like our recently released 2008 Chardonnay, our 2007 Merlot sports an updated look.  Check out the small improvements below:
