Our wine dinner at Wine & Roses is just around the corner and the menu sounds wonderful! After tasting the wines with Chef and the Wine & Roses culinary team, a menu that highlights our wines was created.

Third Course
Spice crusted Medallion of Venison, Cocoa veloute and Caramelized Yams

Dessert
Slow cooked Bartlett Pear in Star Anise Syrup, Pinot reduction and Basil Mascarpone Cream
Wine pairing: Pinot Noir 2008
