Cyclocross is back. See you here on Sunday, Nov. 18th

We’re at it again – break out the muddy bike and haul the family to our winery.  The Sacramento Cyclocross series is in full swing and we’re on deck for our annual race on Sunday, November 18th.

Let’s not mutter the “R” word (ends in “ain”) just yet since we’re still harvesting winegrapes, but hopefully we have some good cross racing conditions and mud puddles to skim over…or fall into.  It all depends on what Mother Nature throws at us – that’s why cross is so fun.

For non-racers (bring your friends and families!) we’ll have great spectating areas from atop our grape receiving bridge as well as complimentary wine tasting and food for purchase from local Addy’s Paella.  Come early to get your hot cup of Coffees of Hawaii coffee and then make a day out of it with us at the winery.

Our good friends at Kinetic Cycles will be on hand to help with the logistics and any kind of race support needed.  Also, we’re hoping Kid Kaiser will be in attendance to tear it up.

Take a look at a few slideshows from years past, just to see what the possibilities are – we’ve had all types of weather and racing conditions over the years.
