Mark your calendars for Saturday, May 15th, the Shriners Cyclebration!
Top cyclists from around the world are teaming up with the Sacramento community to help the Shriners’ children. Two events are planned: a daytime health and educational fair open to the public with free admission, and an evening wine tasting and restaurant pairing reception with a silent auction as a fundraiser.
All net proceeds directly benefit The Northern California Shriners Hospital for Children®.
The timing is perfect! Not only is May Bike Month in Sacramento, but the Amgen Tour of California is in town, and Hot Italian is hosting a Bicycling Film Festival and Fremont Park! Check out all the details of the Shriners Cyclebration below:
Fitness and Safety Fair
Professional cyclists will sign autographs, wellness spas and cycle businesses will be promoting their shops, and health organizations will provide information on products. A kid’s safety fair demonstrating proper helmet fitting, bicycle riding and general safety will also offered.

Silent Auction & Wine Tasting
A silent auction will include clothing signed by professional cyclists, cycling gear, wine, and bicycles, local restaurants such as Ella Dining Room & Bar, One Speed Pizza, Mulvaney’s, Selland’s Market Cafe, The Waterboy, and Hot Italian will feature small bites, and local breweries and wineries from the likes of LangeTwins, Sean Minor, Moniz Family, Scott Harvey, and River City Brewing Company will provide a taste of their best!
