Since winning BIG at the Houston Rodeo Wine Competition (Double Gold on our Cab, Gold on our Viognier and Chard) we were invited to feature our wines at the equally huge tasting event yesterday.

5,000 cowboys and cowgirls descended upon the event all donning their country bling – belt buckles that were definitely earned, not bought!  Great night.  Good people. It’s the start of our two weeks sales trek through Texas and what a night.  – Char

Our 2006 LangeTwins Cabernet Sauvignon just received top honors from the 2009 BevCo Houston Live Stock and Rodeo International Wine Competition: Double Gold!

In addition to our top-placing Cab, our 2008 Chardonnay brought in a Gold and our 2008 Generations Viognier earned a Silver.
